You can request a new PIN by:

calling (212) 796-5624

or

texting “park pin” to (202) 817-2140 with your cell phone.

Note: A PIN is not required for starting a parking session, only for accessing your personal user account.

If you have not received a text message with your new PIN in a minute, please contact our customer support via e-mail: support@mobile-now.com.

Note: After having your PIN reset, please log out of the MobileNOW! app and log in with your new PIN.
